support for collectives
Shared Futures partners with collectives of senior leaders from organizations that pool and direct resources. With Rooted to Last’s facilitation, leaders reflect deeply, create shared analysis and plans, and take action to unlock resources for communities most impacted and historically under-resourced. Together, these leaders align values, build and carry out shared strategies, and grow resources. Collectives may take the form of collaborations, coalitions, alliances, or networks.
Why shared futures exist
Leaders and organizations want to work together to develop strategies and implement plans, but collective work does not happen on its own. It takes support, skilled facilitation, and processes that create space for honesty, learning, and problem-solving. Rooted to Last provides that structure so collectives can unlock possibilities far greater than any one group could achieve alone.
What we do together
Cohort Experience
A selected collective participates in a time-defined experience that includes regular cohort sessions and strategy support from R2L.
Strategic Facilitation
Organizations receive ongoing facilitation from R2L to support reflection, alignment, learning, and action planning.
Model Building
Members co-develop action strategies for resource aggregation and distribution to work on together.
